HOW DOES PRE-ORDER WORK?

If this is your first time, pre-orders allow everyone to grab sought after garments that I have not restocked in a while. Why do I not do re-stocks? It is because I want to focus on creating new products for everyone. It is also quite expensive in keeping inventory for everything, and as some of you may know.. I operate in the basement of my house! 

ORDERING OUTSIDE OF NORTH AMERICA AND I CAN'T SEE ANY SHIPPING OPTIONS.

This is most likely due to weight restrictions. Try just adding 1 product to cart and check-out to see if a shipping option shows up. If you only have 1 item on cart and can't check-out, that means we currently do not ship to your country.

If you live in Europe, we mostly ship to every country like Germany, Switzerland, Norway, etc.. if shipping options do not show up at check-out, your order is too heavy to be shipped out at an affordable rate, try reducing the items in your cart.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY PRODUCT TO SHIP? 

This is the most important question, to be transparent with you... Below is the week by week breakdown estimate of how long it would take for pre-orders to be shipped out based on past experiences. Over the years, my garments have gotten more and more complex in construction. This means it’ll take longer for things to get made.

Please note that these are just estimates and can be affected by delays and events that are outside of my control. 

WEEK 1: WEBSITE WILL BE OPEN TO TAKE ORDERS. 

END OF WEEK 2: PRE-ORDERS CLOSED. 

There is a HIGH probability that we may close pre-orders sooner than expected due to forecasted demand. If we reach a certain threshold of ordered products, we will close the website to ensure that we are able to manufacture and ship out items in a timely manner. More orders means more time needed to make it.

WEEK 2-12 (60-80 DAYS): PRODUCTION OF ITEMS. 

THE 60-80 DAY PRODUCTION WINDOW ONLY APPLIES TO THESE ITEMS:

• REI-CING JACKET
• BERSERK ARMOURED WORK JACKET
• FLAME HASHIRA RACING JACKET

THIS IS DUE TO THE COMPLEXITY OF MAKING THESE ITEMS.

This takes the longest of course as we have to source, cut and sew the items. Some items will be shipped out faster than others. The bigger your order, the longer it will take for the item to arrive as we have to wait for everything to arrive before proceeding to ship your items. If you can't wait for your item(s) to arrive, order all of them separately (it will be costly). 

WEEK 11-12: ITEMS GET SHIPPED OVERSEAS TO MY PLACE FOR FULFILLMENT.

WEEK 12-13: ITEMS GET SHIPPED OUT AND WILL ARRIVE SHORTLY AT YOUR DOORSTEP.

I changed addresses, or moved or lost interest while waiting.. What can I do? 

I know a lot of things can happen in 8-12 weeks. If you need an order canceled, shipping address changed, etc.. send us an email at "hello@ccc.supply". At the current time of this posting, we are still in the works of streamlining our customer support. I am sorry if we have not replied to your recent emails. Recently, we added a "REQUEST TO RETURN" page in our website and also an updated "SUPPORT" page form. We are continually working on this and the support system should be up and running by the time that PRE-ORDERS OPEN.
